  • Message me anytime through text, image, voice, or video — on WhatsApp or your preferred platform. I reply during my local hours.

📞 1-on-1 coaching calls

  • We’ll have regular video or audio calls — whichever you prefer — for check-ins, accountability, and direct coaching support.

🍱 Personalised nutrition + fasting strategy

  • Built around your body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals — then adjusted as you progress.

🏋️ Custom activity plan

  • Training and daily movement matched to your level, limitations, and goals — then adjusted as you progress.

🧾 Accountability + detailed progress reviews

  • You’ll log your food, fasting, activity, weight, progress, and how you feel — with the option to attach images.

    At least twice a month, I’ll review everything in detail and send you a full PDF breakdown with my interpretation, scores, charts, graphs, and direct feedback.

    Then we’ll go through it together on a call, so you know exactly what’s working, what needs to change, and what to focus on next.

📉 Progress tracking + milestones

  • Weight, body fat %, optional photos/measurements, and key milestones tracked in real-time graphs — so your progress stays clear, measurable, and motivating.

🏁 Challenges + rewards

  • I’ll set challenges for you and track completion to keep your discipline sharp and your momentum high. Strong consistency can earn rewards, including program extensions or extra coaching calls.

🧠 Mindset + motivation calls

  • Your mindset is the foundation of any successful transformation. We can talk through discipline, motivation, habits, routines, stress, confidence, and anything else affecting your progress — whether it’s directly related to weight loss or part of the bigger picture and if you feel it would help.

🩸 Bloodwork review (optional)

  • If you choose to share bloodwork every ~3 months, we’ll review the markers and adjust your diet, supplements, or strategy where needed.

📘 Free copy of my upcoming book

  • I’m currently writing my book, and as part of the program, you’ll be one of the first to receive a copy — even if your coaching program has already ended by then.

➕ Extensions

  • You can extend your program duration and/or add extra coaching time if needed.

⏸️ Pause option

  • You can pause your program for up to 3 months, depending on the program. (Full details)

Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days for the Red Carpet, Ultimate and Extreme programs, and within 2 days for the Core program. The Bootcamp and Starter programs are non-refundable. (Full details)
