What’s Included in Your Comprehensive Coaching Program

  • Personalised Nutrition Plan — a step-by-step strategy designed around your weight, current health and fitness status, age, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Updated every 4 weeks as you progress.

  • Custom Activity Plan — covering workouts and daily movement linked to your nutrition plan, fitness level and limitations, adjusted every 4 weeks.

  • Comprehensive Accountability System — your daily log tracks diet, exercise, supplements, and motivation. Each week, your sheet is reviewed, scored, and compared against coaching standards. You’ll also receive your “Talk of the Week” — direct feedback (sometimes praise, sometimes the brutal truth, always what you need to hear) to keep you locked in.

  • Progress Tracking & Charts — updated at the end of each month with your weight, body fat %, optional progress photos, activity tracking, and key milestones — giving you a clear view of your transformation with measurable results.

  • Weekly Challenges — set short-term fitness goals (push-ups, steps, runs, swims, etc.) and check them off as you conquer them.

  • Rewards & Rankings — earn points for consistency and unlock discounts, extra coaching, or program extensions. Every client is ranked in the gladiator system: Emperor → Coward.

  • Exclusive Coaching Content — private YouTube videos and resources such as PDFs, articles and book recommendations available only to program members. You’ll study, summarise, and apply them.

  • Ongoing Q&A — you ask, I answer each week with clear, direct guidance, with all questions and answers documented inside your program for reference.

  • Lifestyle Guidance — stress management, daily habits, and long-term strategies.

  • Direct Access to Me — unlimited access via text, email, audio or video messages. Use your preferred platform, and I’ll get back to you quickly during my local hours.

  • 1-on-1 Coaching Calls — flexible length (10 minutes or longer), use them weekly or save them for key moments.

  • Bloodwork Reviews — every 3 months to assess health markers, with dietary or supplement adjustments where needed.

  • Program Extensions — both program duration and coaching minutes can be extended if needed.
