Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days for the Extreme and Ultimate programs, and within 2 days for the Core program. The Bootcamp and Starter programs are non-refundable.

For eligible programs, refunds will exclude:

• Standard transaction fees

• The value of any services already delivered, including personalised plans, custom videos, voice messages, written guidance, follow-ups, or coaching calls

Non-refundable costs

• US $200 personalised program (usually delivered after the first session)

• US $50–100 custom videos, coaching voice messages, written guidance, follow-ups, etc

• US $120 per 30-minute coaching call

Transaction fees

• 2.9% + US $0.30 standard processing fee

• 2% currency conversion fee upon receipt

• Additional 2% currency conversion fee upon refund

After the refund period ends, all payments are final.
