Refund Policy

Refunds are available within:

• 14 days for the Extreme Edition coaching package

• 7 days for the Core Edition coaching package

• Nil for the Lite Edition coaching package

You’ll be refunded for any unused coaching minutes, minus the following:

Non-Refundable Costs:

• US$200 for the personalised program booklet (usually delivered after the first session)

• Transaction fees, including:

• 2.9% + 30¢ standard fee

• 2% currency conversion fee upon receipt

• Additional 2% currency conversion fee upon refund

After this period, all payments are final.
