Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days for the Extreme Transformation program and 7 days for the Core program. The Starter program is non-refundable.

For eligible programs, refunds will exclude:

• Standard transaction fees

• The value of any services already delivered, such as personalised plans, custom videos, voice messages, written guidance, follow-ups, or coaching calls — as these require significant time and effort.

Non-Refundable Costs

• US $200 — personalised program booklet (usually delivered after the first session)

• US $50–100 — custom videos, coaching voice messages, written guidance, follow-ups, etc

• US $150 — per 1-hour coaching call

• Transaction fees:

  • 2.9% + US $0.30 standard processing fee

  • 2% currency conversion fee upon receipt

  • Additional 2% currency conversion fee upon refund

After the refund period ends, all payments are final.
